How to Resize & Compress an Image
Resizeify works entirely inside your browser — no account, no install, no waiting for a server. Here is the full workflow:

Switch between two modes. Dimensions mode lets you set an exact width and height in pixels — ideal for platform presets like 600×600 px passport photos or 1280×720 px YouTube thumbnails. File Size mode lets you enter a target in KB or MB and Resizeify automatically finds the best quality and scale to reach it.

Select output format and quality
Choose JPG for the smallest files, PNG for lossless output or transparency, or WebP for the best quality-to-size ratio. Use the quality slider (Dimensions mode) or quality priority selector (File Size mode) to fine-tune the trade-off.
